Praxis Innovations, LLC is an investment organization that assists the small and independent inventor in bringing their ideas to market by providing resources and expertise specific to their needs. Praxis is a consortium of many business and technical specialists who have decades of experience in helping small and independent inventors to realize their dreams and see their product brought to market.

Where We Come From

Praxis Innovations is a consortium of professionals in a wide variety of industries from prototyping and material science through financing and professional business. Praxis was founded by Rex McDonald, who has more than two decades of experience in bringing a wide variety of products to market in North America through either domestic or international sourcing. Hank Gevedon is an engineer and material science specialist who brings twenty-five years in product development and innovative technologies experience. The staff also includes attorneys specializing in intellectual property rights law, financial and banking specialists, marketing specialists, and computer technology specialists. All members of the Praxis directory are college graduates and most have advanced degrees in their area of specialty and have been in their area of expertise for more than a decade.
